New Sober Living Environment Housing Available For Enrolled Students through Collaboration

Sunhouse is proud to be a team player in our communities and now provides the opportunity for transitional housing at a discounted rate for our enrolled students. Theresa's Boarding Home (EIN #94-3363789) and Sunhouse signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance the lives of people. Students receive housing while obtaining life skills training required to become healthier and more productive members of society. Call Sunhouse and find out more about this exciting venture which will have a lasting and positive impact for all involved. Housing issues or chronic homelessness are just two symptoms of being addicted to drugs or living unhealthy.

Theresa's Boarding Home and Sunhouse will do our part to alleviate some of the barriers our clients are faced with. Both agencies agree that although providing a bed for someone is good, but a clients chances of success are improved by giving them ancillary services as well. Case management is provided in a coordinated manner between both agencies with regards to the clients physical and mental-well being as the focus. Our goals lie in guiding individuals toward self-sufficiency in a safe and secure environment.

Mens and Women's houses available; But space is limited. Enrollment in Sunhouse is a requirement and will benefit the student in building a foundation based upon not having to worry about where they will live while attempting to become healthier in their respectful journeys.

Sunhouse salutes Theresa's Boarding Home for this wonderful opportunity to engage in supporting our communities by providing services which count and will have a lasting affect on those we serve!

Notes From the Executive Director

Sunhouse is official folks. . .

We are certified as the first outpatient drug and alcohol treatment provider located in Lodi, CA (Provider #390021AN) by the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs. Pass it on Lodi; There are Warriors in town with goals of making our at-risk populations healthier in our communities while making positive lifestyle changes!

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!

With Substance Abuse Services at the county level being restructured due to financial and budgetary cuts; Sunhouse wants to enter the next phase of growth aggressively.

By this, we are seeking individuals who are dedicated in their hearts for helping those less fortunate but just don't know how. Volunteerism is a vital part of our growth at this time. We need your skills!

Please click below and take time to visit our  "Want 2 Help" Page

It only takes a few hours a month to assist in our quest to continue providing our employment reentry, substance abuse and life skills courses to those within the county. However, the reward will last a lifetime in the experience you gain and the lives you will have affected through your efforts.

Sign up today and join an authentic downhome team with assisting our students as they take 'Ownership' of their lives!

Are you experienced with computers, grantwriting, networking, marketing or none of the above? You tell us what you are skilled at and I guarantee we will do our part to assist you in making the right fit within the Sunhouse Family!

Thanx!

Peace!
